Conference Location

Official conference events will take place at the Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza hotel located at 35 West Fifth Street, Cincinnati, Ohio.

Hotel Reservations

Reserve your hotel room by March 24, 2009 to guarantee the special conference rate! Reservations made after this date, or after the contracted block of rooms is full, will be based on space and rate availability. Group Rate is $145 for single occupancy and $175 for double occupancy.

Hotel reservations must be made directly with the Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza hotel. Your patronage of the Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza makes it possible to secure discounted room rates as well as meeting space for this event

Directions: Take I-275 E to I-75 N. Cross the Ohio River and exit at Fifth Street. Follow Fifth 4 blocks to Race Street, turn right – hotel valet service is immediately on the left (hotel is at the SE corner of Race and Fifth)

Parking Validation Information
Present $25 same-day receipts from Tower Place Mall and receive up to three hours parking free.

Conference Attire

Casual business attire (khakis, slacks, sweater, jackets) is appropriate for the conference sessions and all events. Optional activities/learning excursions call for comfortable, casual attire; walking tours call for good walking shoes.

Conference Registration

Pre-registration is available online until April 16, 2009. After this date, you must register on-site. All prices are quoted in US dollars; all funds must be paid in US dollars.

Conference Rate

Early registration discounts will be given to all registrants whose payment is received by March 24, 2009. Basic registration fees are as follows (please note, dine arounds are not included in any registration package):

• FULL Registration (after 3/24) – Members $300/Non-Members $350.00

Confirmations

Same day Conference registration confirmations will be emailed from the CREW Network office for those who register. If you register, but do not receive a confirmation, please call CREW Network at 785/832-1808.

Cancellation/Refund/Substitution Policy

The deadline for canceling or substituting registrations is April 16, 2009. All cancellations are subject to a $50 administrative fee. All requests for cancellations or substitutions must be submitted in writing to the CREW office. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the deadline. Thursday only registration is non-refundable.
